توضّح هذه السياسة كيف نجمع معلوماتك الشخصية ونستخدمها ونحميها عند استخدامك تطبيق «رابط» أو موقع rabet.my، اللذين تديرهما شركة HobbyLearn Sdn. Bhd. («نحن» أو «الشركة»). باستخدامك التطبيق أو الموقع فأنت توافق على هذه السياسة، وإذا لم توافق على أي بند فيها فنرجو التوقف عن الاستخدام.
١. المعلومات التي نجمعها
أ. معلومات تقدّمها أنت، عند إنشاء الحساب أو التقديم على معهد أو جامعة، ومنها:
عند التقديم على الفيزا الطلابية: صورة جواز السفر وبياناته (ومنها الجنسية كما هي مكتوبة في الجواز)، والصورة الشخصية، والمستندات التي ترفعها في «طلباتي».
الرسائل اللي تكتبها لفريق رابط، وأسئلتك لفهيم، ومشاركاتك في المجتمع.
ب. معلومات تُجمع تلقائيًا:
نوع الجهاز، وإصدار التطبيق، واللغة، وإحصاءات الاستخدام.
عند تسجيل الدخول: موقع تقريبي (المدينة والدولة) مأخوذ من الشبكة اللي تتصل منها، وليس من GPS جهازك. نستخدمه لحماية حسابك ولمساعدتك إذا تواصلت مع الدعم.
٢. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
إنشاء حسابك وإدارته.
إرسال طلبك للمعهد أو الجامعة ومتابعته، والتقديم على الفيزا الطلابية.
اقتراحات تناسبك، والرد على أسئلتك.
إرسال التحديثات والإشعارات عن طلبك.
تحسين التطبيق والموقع، والدعم الفني.
الالتزام بالقوانين الماليزية.
لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية ولا نؤجرها لأي جهة.
٣. مع من نشارك معلوماتك
المعهد أو الجامعة اللي تقدّم عليها، بالقدر اللازم لطلبك فقط.
الجهات الرسمية للفيزا الطلابية (مثل EMGS) عند التقديم عليها.
مزوّدو خدمات يشغّلون التطبيق نيابةً عنا، مثل الاستضافة وقواعد البيانات والبريد الإلكتروني.
الجهات القانونية إذا طلبها القانون الماليزي.
كل هذه الجهات ملزمة بالحفاظ على سرية معلوماتك.
٤. حماية المعلومات
نتخذ إجراءات تقنية وإدارية مناسبة لحماية معلوماتك. ومع ذلك لا توجد طريقة تخزين إلكتروني آمنة ١٠٠٪.
٥. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ بمعلوماتك طوال المدة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة أو لمتطلبات القانون، ثم نحذفها بشكل آمن أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية.
٦. حقوقك وحذف حسابك
بحسب قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الماليزي (PDPA 2010) يحق لك:

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use the Rabet app or the rabet.my website, both operated by HobbyLearn Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us" or the "Company"). By using the app or the website you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please stop using them.
1. Information we collect
A. Information you give us, when you create an account or apply to an institute or university, including:
your name, email address, phone number and country of residence;
your academic qualifications, and the field and length of study you want;
when you apply for the student visa: a copy of your passport and its details (including your nationality as shown in the passport), your personal photo, and the documents you upload in «طلباتي» (My applications);
the messages you send to the Rabet team, your questions to Faheem, and your posts in the community.
B. Information collected automatically:
device type, app version, language and usage statistics;
at sign-in, an approximate location (city and country) taken from the network you connect from, not from your device's GPS. We use it to protect your account and to help you if you contact support.
2. How we use your information
To create and manage your account.
To send your application to the institute or university and follow it up, and to apply for the student visa.
To give you suitable suggestions and answer your questions.
To send you updates and notifications about your application.
To improve the app and the website, and for technical support.
To comply with Malaysian law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
3. Who we share your information with
The institute or university you apply to, only as far as your application needs.
The official student-visa authorities (such as EMGS) when you apply for the visa.
Service providers that run the app on our behalf, such as hosting, databases and email.
Legal authorities when Malaysian law requires it.
All of them must keep your information confidential.
4. Security
We take appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect your information. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Retention
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service or as the law requires, and then delete it securely or make it anonymous.
6. Your rights and deleting your account
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) you may:
