«رابط» منصة للطلاب تديرها شركة HobbyLearn Sdn. Bhd.، تساعدك تختار معهد اللغة أو الجامعة في ماليزيا وتقدّم عليها، مع مجتمع للطلاب وأدوات تساعدك في رحلتك.
٢. من يحق له الاستخدام
يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٣ سنة فأكثر. وباستخدامك المنصة فأنت تقرّ بأن لديك الأهلية للموافقة على هذه الشروط.
٣. الحساب
عليك تقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة ومحدّثة. وأنت مسؤول عن حماية الدخول لحسابك وعن كل ما يتم من خلاله.
٤. الخدمات والمعلومات
نحرص على دقة المعلومات، لكن تفاصيل المعاهد والجامعات (الأسعار والمواعيد والشروط) قد تتغير من الجهة نفسها، ولا نضمن اكتمال المعلومات التي تقدّمها أطراف أخرى. وإجابات الفيزا الطلابية للتوضيح فقط، والقرار النهائي للجهات الرسمية.
٥. الرسوم والدفع
بعض الخدمات قد تتطلب رسومًا، وتوضَّح شروطها عند الدفع. ونحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار، ولا يؤثر التعديل على ما دفعته قبله.
٦. العروض والخصومات
العروض والخصومات تخضع لشروطها الخاصة، وتُخصم مباشرة من المبلغ، وقد نعدّلها أو نوقفها دون إشعار مسبق، دون أن يؤثر ذلك على حجز تم قبلها.
٧. قواعد المجتمع
نتوقع من الجميع التعامل باحترام. ويُمنع التحرش وخطاب الكراهية ومشاركة أي محتوى مخالف للقانون، وقد يؤدي ذلك لإيقاف الحساب فورًا.
٨. الملكية الفكرية
جميع العلامات والشعارات والمحتوى في رابط ملك لشركة HobbyLearn Sdn. Bhd. أو للجهات المرخّصة لها، ولا يجوز نسخ أي جزء منها دون إذن كتابي.
٩. الخصوصية
خصوصيتك مهمة لنا. راجع سياسة الخصوصية لمعرفة كيف نتعامل مع بياناتك وفق قانون PDPA.
١٠. حدود المسؤولية
بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل الشركة مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية الناتجة عن استخدام المنصة.
١١. تعديل الشروط
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.
١٢. القانون والاختصاص
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين ماليزيا، وتختص محاكم كوالالمبور بأي نزاع.
Rabet is a student platform operated by HobbyLearn Sdn. Bhd. It helps you choose a language institute or a university in Malaysia and apply to it, with a student community and tools for your journey.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. By using the platform you confirm that you are able to agree to these Terms.
3. Your account
You must give accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe and for everything done through it.
4. Services and information
We work to keep information accurate, but institute and university details (prices, dates and conditions) may be changed by the institution itself, and we do not guarantee that information provided by third parties is complete. Student-visa answers are for information only; the final decision rests with the official authorities.
5. Fees and payment
Some services may require fees; their conditions are shown at the time of payment. We may change our prices; a change does not affect what you paid before it.
6. Offers and discounts
Offers and discounts follow their own conditions and are deducted directly from the amount. We may change or end them without prior notice; this does not affect a booking made before the change.
7. Community guidelines
Everyone must treat others with respect. Harassment, hate speech and sharing unlawful content are not allowed and may lead to immediate account suspension.
8. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos and content on Rabet belong to HobbyLearn Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors. No part may be copied without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data under the PDPA.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect or incidental damage resulting from use of the platform.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction over any dispute.
